At ClayTAWC we love to raise donations for charities as much as possible be it through coffee mornings, handmade gifts and community events. Unfortunately last year due to the Coronavirus our chosen charity, Cancer Research UK St Dennis Branch missed out on a lot of fundraising events. Therefore, we have decided to continue our support for them for 2021. Book sales will be available soon 🙂

Quilts, sheets & pillowcases wanted!

The 15 from 1 project volunteers have been working hard during this latest lockdown  from home making  tote bags (over 500!) and they now need donations of clean duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases. If you have been sorting out the cupboards and would like to help please drop them off at ClayTAWC on a Tuesday or Thursday morning 9.30am – 11.30am. Please ring the doorbell as we are currently closed to the public. Thank you!!

Government guidance lockdown

Please note that with the latest Government announcement, ClayTAWC will be closing for the lockdown from 4pm Wednesday 4th November. We hope to be able to reopen Thursday 3rd December.

We are reopening to the public

Good news – we are reopening from next week (week commencing 7th September) It will be limited hours to begin with as follows:- Tuesdays 9.30am – 11.30am Wednesdays 9.30am – 11.30am Thursdays 9.30am – 11.30am & 1.30pm – 3.30pm Photocopying & the jigsaw library will be available as will the public access computer (you will need to book a time slot first) but please note we have not been given the okay as of yet to reopen the Cornwall Council Micro library. Don’t forget to use our hand sanitiser when entering the building and wear a face covering
